Job Description:

• Must have worked as an LSA in 2-3 projects from inception
• Should be able to leverage any Pegasystems strategic application while designing the enterprise solutions
• Ensure alignment with enterprise technology standards (e.g., solution patterns, application frameworks, technology roadmaps, capital plans)
• Need to possess excellent skills to identify and drive process optimization and process streamlining for client business processes
• Must have experience in Pega 8.X/7.X version with CS Framework
• Ability to successfully run end-to-end delivery of Pega based solutions/projects from a technical perspective
• Robust experience in Case design & Data Modelling, SOA, and different integration capabilities within Pega
• Communicate solution options to business owners/stakeholders (e.g., architecture reviews)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and should motivate, mentor, and lead other team members

Required Knowledge & Skills:

• 5 – 18 years experience in various software development/maintenance roles and proven experience working on .Net project under an Agile /Scrum methodology and extensively used
• .Net , C#
• Web API and Dependency Injection and Web Service Technologies.
• jQuery
• HTML5
• Version control systems like TFS, GIT.
• At least have basic knowledge (at least month experience) of Azure Could like Data Factory, Data Lake, Multi Region Environments, Azure Functions, Service Bus etc.
• Experience in doing peer reviews and code reviews.
• ORM tools like Entity Framework, Dapper
• Unit Testing Framework like NUnit and XUnit
• Exposure to Source control like TFS, GIT
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Competence in SQL Server (2014 experience preferred). Advance PL/SQL, Stored Procedures etc. Good understanding of SSRS reports development.
• Experience with Real Estate IT systems would be advantage.
• Understanding of Enterprise Frameworks, Release procedures, understanding of development environments.
• Demonstrated ability in communicating with business users and assessing their needs.

• Fluent in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive experience developing Lightning Components – both within the Salesforce Lightning Design System and by writing custom Lightning Components in Java Script within the Aura framework.
• Experience with declarative development in Salesforce.
• Experience customizing Standard Objects and creating Custom Objects.
• Experience customizing object page layouts and profile based layout assignment.
• Experience creating Work and Approval Flows.
• Experience with developing data models within Salesforce.
• Fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.
• Fluent in Salesforce Query and Search Language (SoQL and SoSL). Must be able to speak to limitations of languages and differences between SoQL and SQL.
• Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development.
• Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers.
• Must hold active Salesforce Certifications.
• Understanding of UX and UI design principles.
• Software development experience in Java, Python, or MS VBA or Visual Basic .NET.
• Firm understanding of Object Oriented coding standards, Design Patterns, and similar best practices.
• Experience developing webpages and applications. Desired skills include: Java Script, JSP, CSS, HTML, and/or PHP.
• Experience developing applications that interact with Salesforce via the SOAP or REST APIs; using Simple-Salesforce or Beatbox in particular.
• Experience with interacting with external systems via Salesforce callouts.
• Experience with several real-world client Force.com deliveries.
• Improving solution engineering and real-world delivery experience.
• Having a clear & confident technical communication skills.
